SEC Posts New Form 10K

The SEC posted a new Form 10-K in reaction to the recently effective final rule on Listing Standards for Erroneously Awarded Compensation. It's another stealth-update with the SEC's own website still purporting that the Form 10-K was last updated in May 2021. The following screenshot highlights the added text to the form, which were the only changes to it.
