March 27 FHFA FHLBank Regulatory Developments Via Social Media

On March 27, Director Pulte announced an order via tweet rescinding advisory bulletin 2024-04: Federal Home Loan Bank System Climate-Related Risk Management. The order is effective immediately. The order provides that the rescission "does not relieve the FHLBanks of their obligations to comply with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements."
